Provence finish whisky

Capped by a rolling boar (Singlar in Provençal) the founding work of the great animal sculptor Patrick de Barry, this 8-year-old whisky is aged in Vin cuit de Provence (Fired up wine) barrels (made in a wood fire copper caldron) which makes it totally unique ! It brings sweetness, velvety, opulence and fruitness (quince) and offers a refined, persistent finish, with a light smoked touch.
