Slash Red

Slash Red wears a lovely red robe, with glittering orange-coloured reflections. Its nose is marked by scents of marzipan and cherry opening onto hints of malt and dried fruits. In the mouth, the cherry flavours continue to develop and the sugar, counterbalanced by the acidity. It offers a thirst-quenching, refreshing beer.

Appearance:

Lovely red colour, red fruits, with orange reflections and brightness. A pinkish white head.

Smell:

On the nose, an immediate aroma of marzipan followed by a hint of cherry or cherry liqueur. This later develops into aromas of maltiness, dried fruits and almonds.

Taste:

In the mouth, the attack is one of acidity quickly balanced by sweetness. A pleasant, gentle fizziness that primes the sensation of thirst being quenched. The cherry aromas continue to develop with a brief hint of cherry yoghurt and frangipane cream. The sweetness, counterbalanced by the acidity, results in a thirst-quenching,  refreshing beer.
