Long ripened cheese bar shaped, with intense flavour and semi-hard and firm consistency, obtained through the draining of whey after coagulation of pasteurized milk. Subsequently processed into slices with intercalary sheets.

No allergens besides cow’s milk. Doesn’t contain GMO’s or any related substances.

Not suitable for nursing infants, is consumed in a less regularly way and mostly by adults in the household and adapted to all kinds of meals. Product suitable for vegetarians and lactose intolerants.

When heated, frozen or confectioned no hazards are developed beside those identified in raw use.
