Patxaran (25°) : Basque traditional licor based on wild sloe berries and little taste of anis. It's a eight month maceration of sloe berries in homemade «anisette». Perfect for aperitif or digestive, could be cocktailised with gin, sweet Vermouth, Angustora bitter , pink grapefuit and limon juice.
