Smoked Salmon Bacon
Our multi award winning Smoked Salmon Bacon is cured with a rock salt, molasses, maple syrup and an array of specially selected spices.
Once cured, we air dry and then gently smoke for 48 hours resulting in a unique and delicate flavour.
High in Omega 3 and containing no Trans or polyunsaturated fats; It eats and tastes better than Traditional Smoked Bacon but is a healthier lifestyle option.
In 2010 our culinary innovation team received three major seafood awards for our Smoked Salmon Bacon; two at the European Seafood Exposition held in Brussels, the Seafood Prix d'Elite for best Originality and best Food Service product and at the Boston Seafood show, the most prestigious Seafood Show in North America for the best Food Service product.
