Smoked trout

Beech smoked sea trout.

A product with a lovely orange colour, seasoned with dry salt, smoked sliced and packaged in Brittany.

Sea trout means that we can guarantee:
- trout without the earthy taste that is a feature of fish grown in fresh water
- respect for the natural growth cycle: rainbow trout is an anadromous species that breeds in fresh water, then migrates and finishes growing in the open sea.
