The Paleo Principle:
The Paleo principle stand for a rebellion against refined and processed food. Instead – the Paleo principle focusses on good, fresh ingredients, prepared and served in a simple way. The idea is to go back to the food, which we consumed during the Stone Age, since this is the type of food for which our body and digestion are optimized. All Paleo products are free from gluten and lactose.
