SNOB Sparkling Rose Brut — Methode Charmat
A Brut rosé sparkling wine produced through secondary fermentation in pressurised tanks using the Charmat method, with 6 bars of pressure.
The Limniona variety performs exceptionally well as a sparkling wine, expressing a fruit-forward aromatic profile of red berries, cherry, strawberry and pomegranate, complemented by subtle secondary notes of brioche and fresh yeast.
On the palate, it offers lively effervescence, bright yet rounded acidity, and a long, persistent finish.
A delightful rosé sparkling wine full of character and surprise.
