SOFFIO ORO Sparkling Rosè

WINE: Soffio Oro Rosé is an elegant and fresh rosé, perfect to enjoy any time, adding a touch of sophistication to everyday life. It’s a blend of Italian grapes, which are carefully selected by our winemakers. Soft pressing. Initial fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 15°C.

GRAPES: Red grape varietals from Italy ALCOHOL: 11,0% by vol. ACIDITY: 5,5 G/L SUGAR: 17 G/L COLOR: Pale pink. BOUQUET: Full bouquet of pleasing floral aromas with hints of red berries. TASTE: Delicate, but vibrant and well rounded on the palate.

FOOD PAIRING: Ideal with appetizers, seafood dishes. It pairs very well also with the spicy, exotic seasoning of Asian cuisines. SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6°- 8° C
