MORBIDA Soft cured breast of goose is made from the half fresh goose breast which comes from the Lombardia region. The breast is seasoned, piece by piece, with the other ingredients (flavourings, spices and salt) and massaged for two days. Then it is cured for at least 20 days to create its unique taste.
