Vinification
Fermentation: In stainless steel tanks of 10,000 and 5,000 liters with selected yeasts, 3 days in cold, 25 days of fermentation at 16 ° C, weekly movement of fine sludges for 3 months
Tasting Notes
Its color is pale yellow typical of the torrontés, the nose has a great concentration of fruit and citrus aromas that combine to form a wide variety of aromas ranging from grapefruit to sugars. In the mouth a good acidity is perceived, giving it a typical freshness of this variety with a very interesting volume, its end is long and persistent.
