The Halberstadt soups and stews are made with a unique and traditional boiler method. First, a meat broth is recognized, then the fresh ingredients are added and seasoned with spices. So the soups get their distinctive, rich flavor - just like homemade. For modern Singles our soups are also available as a single meal.
