Our Streaky Bacon is made from lean belly bacon. The belly bacon is traditionally cured, dried and smoked naturally. The bacon is sliced into thin slices which are placed in hot air ovens (so no deep-fry fat is used!) and baked one slice at a time.
Our Streaky Bacon is in available in different percentages of crispness depending on what the bacon will be used for.
All the varieties are available in 80 gram consumer packaging or in 250/500/1000 gram MAP packaging for wholesale use or food service.
