bright brown beer with creamy, consistent, sand-colored foam.

DESCRIPTION

Produced with special malt Munich, it is a brown beer, with creamy, sand-colored foam. Assumes a rich aroma of malt, chocolate, nuts and light smoked. In the mouth is elegant, discreet bitter, supporting the sweetness of malt. The rich and sweet flavor of malt, carob and chocolate are in harmony with the acidity. End of mouth medium, fruity and slightly toasted. Recreation more intense than the traditional Munich Dunkel, aligned with the gastronomy of Portugal, pairing with dishes of great character.
