MINI BITES

 The Mini-bavarois (1,05 Oz) is a delicate chocolate or fruit mousse on top of a soft butter biscuit, covered with a delicious chocolate ganache or fruit puree topping.

These eye catching Bonbons   (0,88 Oz) consist of a thin shell of Belgian chocolate filled with a decadent blend of either fruit puree, rich chocolate or buttery caramel, all are whipped with fresh cream. This chocolate is placed on top of a small layer of chocolate, hazelnut paste and speculoos biscuit crumbs. Artisan mini bites that are easy-to-love and great for sharing.
