Sylvaner Collection 2018

The vineyards are located on nice slopes on the famous fault of Ribeauvillé that offers a great variety of terroirs. Grapes are fully hand harvested.

Fruity and light wine, with bruised aromas of apple and pears. This Sylvaner is well textured and the finish is dry in mouth.

Enjoy this Sylvaner with shellfish, grilled fish, pies, or with salad. To drink young to take advantage of its aromatic richness. 

To be served between 8 and 10°C.
