Tatalia Bendigo Chardonnay

The grapes are sourced from the higher altitude vineyards of Mount Alexander in the Central Victoria Wine region. The sandy clay loam soil sits on top of granite rock allowing the vines to penetrate deep in to the soil and increase their fruit concentration. Opening with a lively straw colour this Chardonnay is abundant with rich nectarine and stonefruit aromas that are supported by fresh nougat and vanilla notes from barrel fermentation. Only the best barrels that represent fruit purity and oak concentration are hand selected and blended to create this exceptional Chardonnay. A wine to be truly savoured and rewarded with cellaring for up to 10 years.
