Terrine - Espelette pepper

A "remember" terrine which recalls the famous "pie spice" that are manufactured on farms in the Basque Country.
Raised the famous Espelette pepper (to powder after being dried in the sun on the facades of the house this center of Basque cuisine), his character is revealed intensely flavored.
