Tetilla Cheese

The Tetilla PDO/ AOP is an emblematic Spanish cheese made from cows cheese from Galicia in NW Spain.  The name comes from its shape like a small breast.

It has a mild, buttery flavour and is available in different sizes.   It is quite well known outside of Spain and is a valuable extension to a range including Manchego etc.
