1. Tiny Veggie Tagine (V) - From the bustle of the street markets of Marrakesh, where traders wear scarlet fezzes at their stalls and barter over their wares, to the hot golden sands of the Sahara, Morocco is North Africa’s prized jewel.

Enjoy these authentic flavours of Morocco with a savoury starter of the Rghaif Moroccan Bread, then delve into the soft bed of Coriander Couscous topped with the traditional stew of Fruit, Chickpea and Carrot Tagine. For that strong African identity we blend together a careful selection of spices, including the deeply coloured red spice Paprika. We have selected a mild version with a warm, sweet flavour that’s ground from the dried fruits of the chilli pepper family for our Mini nom noms dish.

With the side of Red Pepper & Rose Harissa Dip (a gently balanced mix of roasted pepper, 13 different spices and rose petals), this is an adventure into Moroccan food and for little explorers, it also counts as two of their five a day.

2. Veggie Tagine (V) - Our Tagine plays with authentic flavours to bring the essence of Morocco’s soul through to the palate, using coriander, chickpea, and roasted red pepper to give an exotic tang to the taste buds.

You can sprinkle in as much or as little of our special Moroccan spice mix and bring out the authentic flavours with our expertly blended mix with sweet, spicy cinnamon, aromatic saffron and warming cumin to really compliment this fruity, vegetable dish.
