Tomme de Yenne is a soft, perfumed cheese with a pressed uncooked paste, made from full cream, unpasteurised milk. It is ripened in a traditional cellar for six weeks and tastes of the pastures of the Savoie.
It is cylindrical in shape, with a grey, bloomy rind and makes a cheese of around 800g which keeps for more than three weeks.
