Spectra boasts a dedicated in-house tooling department where all bottle and closure moulds are manufactured using state of the art CAD / CAM systems and the latest CNC manufacturing equipment, all linked to a CAM system that ensures optimum accuracy. Our highly skilled toolmakers hand finish every mould.

We have an industry expert development team who validate all new moulds, operating independently from the production staff, carrying out all testing and measuring, including external/internal dimensions, closure fit, material distribution and general appearance.

Our experts liaise directly with our tool room on any modifications required to meet specifications, setting production parameters for all new components.
