A semi-hard matured cheese, yellowish in colour, with small irregular holes and a firm consistency. Cylindrical, with rounded edges. It is a product with a mild and clean aroma and taste. It is produced from cow’s milk, salt and rennet, and has minimum maturity period of 3 months. Available in the following formats: whole and slices. Origin: Uniqueijo - São Jorge island
