TRES SNOB Sparkling Rose Brut, METHODE TRADITIONNELLE
This refined rosé sparkling wine is produced using the Traditional Method, with careful maturation in oak barrels for two years, secondary fermentation in each individual bottle, and six months of hand riddling. The result is a distinctive and multidimensional tasting experience.
Its appearance is striking, with a salmon hue and fine, persistent bubbles that reflect the wine’s precision and quality.
On the nose, it reveals ripe fruit, fig and mature citrus, combined with pronounced notes of dried flowers. Delicate hints of bergamot preserve add further aromatic complexity, contributing warmth and depth.
On the palate, the wine is rich and full-bodied, with acidity providing balance and freshness. Barrel ageing gives it a generous, almost creamy texture and notable structure, while the bottle fermentation and hand riddling contribute finesse and depth to the mousse.
The finish is long, with lingering notes of dried fruit and spice, leaving a refined and complete impression.
