Tuma Langarola

Langarola is the Langa farmer’s tuma. It is made from cow’s milk to which fine quality sheep’s milk is added in varying quantities according to the season. With a smooth and white rind, it is characterised by its buttery aroma and full flavour. Tuma Langarola goes well with young red wines. It is ideal diced to enhance summer salads or in slices on warm croutons.
