Use the traditional concept of Portuguese dry sausage  Primor reinvented the concept, using the turkey instead of pork and as a result appeared new products of "Balance" range that stand up with:

- fewer calories, lipids, and fatty acids than a regular pork dry sausages - more proteins % than a  regular pork dry sausages
