In this blend the Cabernet adds some structure and blackcurrant aromas while the Shiraz adds the supple fruit, white pepper and softness. Forest fruits dominate, particularly blueberries and blackberries. Overtones of fresh herbs and a touch of fine French oak. It is a perfect match with withe meat and pasta dishes.
