Normal and homogeneous appearance; white or slightly yellowish colour; and sui generis aroma and flavour.

Can be consumed regularly by the household but it should not be consumed by people sensitive to lactose.

It can be consumed without further processing and when heated, frozen or confectioned no hazards are developed besides those identified in raw use.
