TERROIR:

The Ultimate Provence vineyard spans 100 acres around the town of La Garde Urban is the fruit of a happy marriage of highly-complementary crystalline, sandy-clay and chalky soils.

The Ultimate Provence vineyard has been awarded the highest rating of the French "High Environmental Value" certification. UP is deeply committed to sustainable development and ensuring clean agriculture is an everyday practise. We promise our customers highly-expressive wines that preserve our unique biodiversity, while guaranteeing an ever-better Côtes de Provence drinking experience.

Harvested at night, the grapes - naturally very dark in colour - are pressed immediately. Static cold decanting is used to trigger the fermentation process with a clear juice. Fermentation between 14° and 16°C approx. Raised on fine lees for several months in stainless-steel, temperature-controlled vat;

TASTE:

Pale peach robe and delicate fruity and floral bouquet. Round, fluid, gourmet and tender in the mouth, with a few subtle notes of white pepper.

Original is a fuss-free wine and the perfect partner to every type of cuisine and get-together. But it’s a real treat - so choose who you share it with carefully!
