WINEMAKING: The Merlot grapes, harvested in September, were vinified in a stainless steel tank, with selected yeasts at a temperature of 26ºC, followed by a skin maceration after fermentation for 3 weeks. During this process malolactic fermentation took place. Aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.
TASTING: Intense garnet color and fresh aromas of ripe black fruit, spices and vanilla. In the mouth it has a good structure, soft palate and a very persistent finish.
Serve it at a temperature of 18ºC with spicy dishes and grilled red meats.
ALCOHOL: 14,5% vol.
