Valio hard cheeses have been developed through the synergy between the best Italian know-how and the love and care of Estonian cheesemakers. We respect the slow ripening tradition in the ideal maturing conditions of Valio’s Võru cheese factory. Valio Gran Regale and Valio Forte hard cheeses are exclusive Italian-style Estonian cheeses, produced by the purest, highest quality milk from the pristine South Estonian farms. The majority of the production process is done by hand, in our Italian-heritage production plant.
