Vanilla

Sri Lanka cultivates Bourbon vanilla or Bourbon-Madagascar vanilla derived from the Vanilla Planifolia species of vanilla orchid. Cultivation are mainly confined as home garden crops. In addition, Ceylon vanilla contains >1.50% of Vanilin content which gives it a gentle flavour and aroma compared to other vanilla varieties in the global market. Our vanilla range includes cured vanilla beans, vanilla extracts and vanilla powder.
