100% Sauvignon blanc. It is the first white varietal for the Vins du Pays du Val de Loire as the Loire produces some of the best Sauvignon blanc in the world. Grapes are harvested in the Loire Valley from vineyards planted on limestone and siliceous soils. The combination of the exceptional terroir and temperate climate produces crisp and mineral sauvignon blanc with a unique character.
