Now we are offering you a very special sandwich, which is the perfect result of the promise we made to use only high quality ingredients.

The bread has changed: from a white bread, which usually contains alcohol, to a new whole wheat flour bread. This dough we invented is made of Bio SuRice (our germinated whole rice) cream and whole wheat flour. It rises with mother yeast for 4 days and it produces a rich and nutrient bread. We stuffed the sandwich with various ingredients to create a 100% vegetarian and vegan choice of taste.

The classic and loved taste of an Italian sandwich: tomato and mozzarella in a 100% vegan recipe. In this sandwich you’ll find our Vegan Mozzarella Classic, the 100% vegetal cheese made from germinated whole rice, and Italian biologically cultivated fresh tomato slices.

Blending these two together you’ll get what is really close to a home-made sandwich.
