The bread has changed: from a white bread, which usually contains alcohol, to a new whole wheat flour bread. This dough we invented is made of Bio SuRice (our germinated whole rice) cream and whole wheat flour. It rises with mother yeast for 4 days and it produces a rich and nutrient bread. We stuffed the sandwich with various ingredients to create a 100% vegetarian and vegan choice of taste.
