All the glycerin produced during saponification is kept in the product and we add an extra portion of vegetable butters and oils that don't go through the saponification process. As a result, the product is able to moisturize the skin during the shower. What's more, the entire production takes weeks, as most of the processes are done cold. We chose to do it this way because if in nature the processes are done at room temperature, why should it be any different in our formula? This is also a way of preserving the properties of the raw materials.
