Veggò - Aquafaba (BIO)
Veggò - Aquafaba is a liquid vegetable extract, obtained by the cooking of chickpeas through a natural process. It’s a unique combination of carbohydrates, sugars, fibers, proteins, and other natural components of the chickpeas, it is also commonly known as Aquafaba.
Aquafaba can be used as alternative of egg in various vegan sweet and savour recipes (Mayonaise, meringues, macarons, pancakes, cakes...).
