It allows to give you 2 different effects – When you apply it without water, it gives you a smooth matte effect. If you apply it with water, it gives you a creamy foundation effect. Certified vegan and cruelty-free, it does not contain any animal-derived ingredients and we do not test on animals. Our formulation does not contain any paraben, mineral or fragrance for safety reasons as we care for your skin.
