Our Roebuck Sausage product range is based on traditional Hungarian recipes: the meat of healthy wild animals is prepared with pork pancetta, which allows the flavour of premium spices ground above liquid nitrogen to be released even better.
The full-bodied and spicy quality of this sausage, prepared with traditional beech wood smoke and shorter maturation than salami, is provided by world famous Hungarian red paprika.
