PRODUCTION
Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks, base wine. Pressing: Very soft pressing in hydraulic press basket / cage. AGING: The second fermentation in bottle for 12 months
TASTING NOTES
Its color is salmon very pale, elegant and subtle. Light aromas of fresh candied yeast, citrus peel and biscuit. Of very balanced acidity, fresh and light on the end. Fine and elegant bubbles accompany its persistent perfume that captivates until the last glass.
