Victor Dravigny
Victor Dravigny Collection The only signature collection of Abrau-Durso Russian Winehouse was named after the great French champagne maker Victor Dravigny. In 1905, he was appointed to the position of chief oenologist of Abrau-Durso Estate. It was him who perfected the classic sparkling wine making method. Under his management, Abrau-Durso became the supplier to the Royal Court of Nicholas II and started exporting the wines. Victor Dravigny sparkling wines are made using the classic secondary fermentation in bottles and aged in the rock tunnels of Abrau-Durso for more than 9 months. Every year, they receive awards at prestigious international tasting competitions such as Decanter, IWSC etc.
