VIGNUOLO ROSSO DOC CASTEL DEL MONTE BIOLOGICO
Dry red wine obtained by the alcoholic
fermentation of fresh organic grapes. The wine is a
blend of Nero di Troia, Aglianico and Montepulciano. Ruby red
with garnet, dry, harmonious, winey, pleasant with
hints of rips fruits and currants. Excellent with
pasta, red meats, aged cheese. Serve at 18° - 20 ° C.
