Vin Cuit
Wine Varieties : Grenache, Cinsault et Carignan
Typical Provencal beverage, made in the old- fashioned way in a cauldron over a wood fire for 10 hours. The slow and steady work of cooking gives it notes of smoke and quince. Before being raised in barrels, it is presented in a slender bottle of 50cl. It will evolve into a wine with sweet flavors of candied fruit.
Food / wine pairing: Appetizer, foie gras, strong cheeses such as marinated pasta or goat cheese. Desserts: around the chocolate
