Followed by maceration in stainless steel vats for 15 days.
Ageing in Slavonic oak barrels for 24 months.
Colour : ruby red with violet hues.
Bouquet: full and persistent with notes of red berry and hints of brushwood.
Flavour: harmonious, full-bodied and intense with a pleasing, tannic finish.
Food Pairing: pairs well with roasted red meats and game.
Serving Temperature: it is best to decant the wine and serve
it at a temperature of 16°-18° C.
