Molino Nicoli only uses corn that is gluten-free, from origin-controlled Italian sources, and does not contain GMOs, added fats, colourings, additives or conservatives. 

We enrich our corn flakes with 7 B-group vitamins and iron, trace elements that help the organism function more effectively. 

Our gluten-free corn flakes are produced within a specialised plant, authorised by the Ministry of Health, in an area free from the risk of cross-contamination, and can be enjoyed safely by those who suffer from allergies or are gluten intolerant.
