Veal with tuna sauce, or vitel toné, was originally an appetiser and is a Piedmontese dish. Today it is

considered a second course. It can be flavoured with the addition of tuna sauce just the way “Che Bontà”

proposes it in order to give a typical meal an extra touch of originality!
