As a “diamond” amongst food products since many centuries, DIE KÄSEMACHER now use truffles as a special highlight in the body of the cheese of this sheep´s milk speciality – the fresh sheep´s milk of this Waldviertler cheese harmonises perfectly with the spicy and full-bodied taste of the truffle. DIE KÄSEMACHER semi-hard cheeses are handcrafted, one by one, according to traditional recipes of the Waldviertel, a region in the very north of Austria.
