Waldviertler smoked cheese

This handcrafted cheese is one of the classics of DIE KÄSEMACHER. Special to this cheese is its aromatic flavour, from beech wood and its soft texture. DIE KÄSEMACHER semi-hard cheeses are handcrafted, one by one, according to traditional recipes of the Waldviertel, a region in the very north of Austria.
