White Wine - Ambitions - Domaine de Cinquau
This dry white wine has a Beautiful shiny reflections on a light yellow dress. The bouquet combines harmonious notes of citrus and dried fruit. On the palate, these same impressions, are embellished thanks to white flowers and tangy. A balanced wine and a beautiful length.
At the bottom of the Bearn mountain peaks (Pyrenees), the vineyard of Jurançon AOC is located in the most southern part of France.
Not so far from Biarritz, in a little hillside area, with an average altitude of 300 m, the vineyard is a forty kilometers long. The silico-clay soil is rich in rolled pebbles carried by Pyrenean streams and glaciers.
The DOMAINE DE CINQUAU took off in 1617 thanks to the pilgrimage road to Santiago de Compostela on which he is located.
