VINIFICATION
Fermented in stainless steel at 26 degrees centigrade, followed by the aging in 20hl French oak (Allier) barrels and barriques.
TASTING NOTES
Strong, intense garnet red in colour, fruit aromas reminiscent of chassis, pronounced bouquet, round body with strong, but not too pronounced tannins, persistent in the finish.
